Yes, there is guide on La Pandora Cruise. Our guide and bus driver of Lan Pandora cruise Halong Bay will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you dont't stay in Hanoi Old Quarter you may go to one of the hotel in our list that day or you can go to Hanoi Opera House at 08.30 AM and guide and driver will pick you up from there. If you have contact number and you can send to our travel consultant for better pick-up. Our guide may contact you before he comes to your place so it is easy and guide can support you any time on bus and on La Pandora Cruise
If you stay in Hanoi Old Quarter then there is no matter for pick-up. La Pandora Cruise bus and guide will pick you up from around 8.00 to 8.30 AM from your hote. In case, you do not stay in Hanoi Old Quarter then you can get a taxi to Hanoi Opera House and La Pandora Cruise bus will pick you up at 08.30 AM. Please contact your travel consultant for knowing the pick-up time from your hotels. Normally, you will know more accurate time in the late afternoon of the previous day of your travel date. The transfer from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Harbour will take about 3 hours.
