06:00  Sunrise Tai-chi section on the sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

08.00: Explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.

09.00: Upon return to the boat you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.

10.00: Attend a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can quickly learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey (a 2 Michelin Star Chef) used to guide – Nem Cuon or challenge yourself in fruit and vegetable carving.

11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat.

12.00: Back to the harbor and disembark at Ha Long cruise port

12.30: Our bus will take you back to Hanoi.

10:30 – 11:00 - Arrive at Viet Hai jetty. Cycle or take an electric cart through the rainforest and limestone mountains to Viet Hai Village. Learn about local life and traditional bamboo–thatched houses.
12:15 – 13:30 - Return to the day boat for lunch while cruising to the kayaking/swimming area.
13:30 - Enjoy kayaking or swimming in a quiet, secluded lagoon.
16:30 - Return to Mon Cheri Cruise. Relax, enjoy music, drinks, or the outdoor Jacuzzi.
17:30 – 18:30 - Happy Hour (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) + sunset viewing. Cooking demonstration (Vietnamese spring rolls).
19:30 - Dinner on board.
21:00 – 22:00 - Evening leisure: cocktails at the bar, squid fishing, or relaxing in your cabin with the bay view.

06:45 – 07:15 - Breakfast while cruising to Gia Luan Jetty.
07:30 – 09:00 - Visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island – one of the most impressive limestone caves with unique stalactites.
09:30 - Return to the cruise, check out. Enjoy brunch on board.
10:30 – 11:00 - Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. Collect luggage.
11:30 – 12:00 - Guests ready for onward transfer.
